TUGAS 6 – M11

Soal :

1.   Jelaskan perbedaan antara pekerjaan yang dilandasi dengan sikap profesionalisme dan tidak dilandasi sikap profesionalisme!

2. Jelaskan hal-hal apa saja yang harus dipenuhi oleh seseorang untuk menekuni suatu profesi !

Jawaban :

1.      Perbedaannya terletak pada proses dan hasil.Jika suatu pekerjaan dilandasi dengan profesionalisme maka proses yang diambil akan sesuai prosedur yang ada,dan tentu saja akan mempengaruhi hasil.Jika seseorang bekerja tidak secara profesionalisme maka hasilnya tidak akan maksimal.

2.      – Memiliki pengetahuan khusus dalam suatu bidang ilmu tertentu
– Melibatkan berbagai kegiatan intelektual
– Membutuhkan persiapan tententu yang cukup dalam, bukan hanya sekedar latihan saja.
– Membutuhkan Latihan yang berkesinambungan pekerjaannya atau jabatannya

Jawaban :

1). Fungsi Hukum dalam Teknologi Informasi

Memang masih sukar untuk memberi kata akhir tentang pengaruh dari hal ini terhadap masyarakat, tetapi jelas bahwa dunia dengan suatu jalur cepat elektronik, dalam berbagai segi, telah berfungsi secara berbeda 

dengan dunia sepuluh tahun lalu.

Bahwa dalam bidang hukum yang netral perubahan harus ditujukan untuk melahirkan suatu kepastian hukum, sebaliknya dalam bidang kehidupan pribadi hukum harus berfungsi sebagai sarana sosial kontrol dalam kehidupan masyarakat

2). Humum Telematika

Hukum Telematika (Cyber Law) sebagai kajian ilmu relatif belumlah lama muncul sebagai rezim hukum baru. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah perilaku masyarakat maupun peradaban manusia secara global. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah pula menyebabkan dunia menjadi tanpa batas (borderless) dan menyebabkan perubahan sosial yang secara signifikan berlangsung demikian cepat. Teknologi informasi saat ini menjadi pedang bermata dua, karena selain memberikan kontribusi bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan, kemajuan dan peradaban manusia, sekaligus menjadi sarana 

efektif perbuatan melawan hukum.
